These terms are the agreement between you and Muridian (“we”, “us”) for the use of Muridian at muridian.xyz (the “Service”). By creating an account you accept them.
Muridian connects an AI assistant you already use to social networks and to your own business metrics. It lets that assistant search and read public posts, publish and schedule posts to accounts you connect, keep a workspace of research and notes, and read figures from accounts you connect such as Stripe, Google Search Console, Vercel and Supabase.
Muridian can also read and display statistics from a TikTok account you voluntarily connect — the profile information and account statistics TikTok reports, and information about your own public videos — so that you and the assistant you have connected can see that performance alongside your other numbers.
Muridian can also read statistics from a YouTube channel you voluntarily connect, using YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
We do not provide an AI model. You bring your own assistant and connect it. Anything it writes, suggests or decides is produced by that provider, not by us.
You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by an AI client you have connected to it. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us at letin1672@gmail.com if you believe it has been compromised.
The Service is paid. There is no free tier. The current price is shown on the pricing page and at checkout, and that is the price you are charged.
A free trial is available once per customer. If you have had one before, subscribing again starts billing immediately. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.
Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the change applies from your next renewal. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable — but if something went genuinely wrong, write to letin1672@gmail.com and we will deal with it fairly.
When you or a connected assistant publish through Muridian, the post appears publicly on your own account, under your own name, immediately. Publishing is irreversible. Deleting a post afterwards does not unsend it, does not remove copies others have made, and does not undo it having been seen.
You are solely responsible for everything published through your account, including content drafted or triggered by an AI assistant. You are responsible for reviewing what goes out. We are not the publisher of your content and do not review it in advance.
Not every social integration supports publishing. Some connections are for reading statistics only. In particular, the TikTok integration is read-only: Muridian does not publish, edit or delete TikTok videos, and there is no feature that would let you or a connected assistant do so through the Service.
Content you publish also has to comply with the rules of the network it goes to. Those networks may rate-limit, suspend or remove your account for reasons entirely outside our control, and we are not responsible when they do.
Your plan includes a monthly allowance of paid research reads and published posts, shown in the app and readable by your assistant at any time. When the read allowance is spent, live reads from paid sources pause until the allowance resets; everything else — your saved research, history, drafts, scheduling and publishing — keeps working.
The Service also applies rate limits to protect shared third-party quotas. These are not billing limits and are not deducted from your allowance.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you why first.
Every connection is optional and revocable in Settings. The business integrations are read-only: Muridian cannot write to your Stripe account, cannot change your Vercel or Supabase projects, and cannot run arbitrary queries against your database.
TikTok. If you connect a TikTok account, Muridian reads the profile information and account statistics TikTok makes available for that account, and information about its public videos, in order to show you analytics. It does not access your direct messages, your drafts, your private videos, or any account other than the one you connected, and it does not publish, edit or delete anything. You can revoke the TikTok connection at any time in Settings. The connection depends on TikTok’s own availability, permissions and API rules, which TikTok may change or withdraw; if it does, the affected analytics may stop updating.
Figures we show are reported as we received them from the source. We do not audit them and they are not a financial record — your own Stripe dashboard and your own accounts remain the authoritative version, and you should not rely on Muridian for tax, accounting or regulatory purposes.
Relationships we show between events are correlations, not attribution. Muridian can tell you that you published something and that traffic or revenue moved. It cannot tell you that one caused the other, and it does not claim to. Nothing in the Service carries an identity from a visitor to a paying customer.
Third-party services can change, restrict or withdraw their APIs at any time. If one does, the affected feature may stop working, and that is not a breach of these terms.
You keep all rights to your content and your data. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the Service for you: to store your content, transmit it to the networks and the AI client you have connected, and display it back to you.
We keep all rights to the Service itself — its software, design and documentation. These terms grant you no rights in it beyond using it as intended.
We aim for the Service to be available and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not offer a service-level guarantee. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue something significant we will give reasonable notice by email.
Scheduled posts are published on a best-effort basis. If publishing fails we will retry a limited number of times and email you if it cannot be completed.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case those exclusions do not apply to you.
You can cancel or delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting it removes your data permanently and immediately, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if we stop offering the Service. If we stop offering it, we will give reasonable notice and refund any period you have paid for and not used.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, and disputes will be heard by the courts there, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your own country of residence.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us.
