Things worth checking first

• Your assistant says the connection is broken. Open Settings. If X shows “needs reconnecting”, that is the whole problem and reconnecting fixes it — nothing has been lost, and anything scheduled will go out once it is back.
• A tool says a permission is missing. The app was connected before that permission existed, or was never granted it. Reconnect the app from Settings and approve the extra permission.
• Research stopped returning results from X. Check your usage in Settings. At the monthly cap, live X reads pause and everything else keeps working. Bluesky, Hacker News and GitHub are unaffected.
• A scheduled post did not go out. We email you when one fails, with the reason. Posts containing links are refused before anything is published.

What to include

Any of these turns a long exchange into a short one:

• The email address on your account
• Roughly when it happened, and your timezone
• Which assistant you have connected, and what you asked it to do
• The exact message it gave you back

Please do not send us tokens, API keys or passwords. We never need them, and we cannot read yours — credentials are encrypted with a key that is not in the database.

Billing

Subscriptions, invoices and cancellation are all self-service under Billing. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. If something was charged that should not have been, email letin1672@gmail.com and we will deal with it.

Deleting your account

Settings has a delete button. It removes everything — workspace, history, connections and credentials — immediately and permanently. If you would rather we did it, email letin1672@gmail.com from the address on the account.

Security

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email letin1672@gmail.com with the detail and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly. We will confirm receipt and keep you updated.
